APPLIES TO ALL WORKS
- By commissioning me you automatically accept my Terms of Service.
- My work is for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
- Payment needs to be sent in-full before I begin unless discussed otherwised.
- No deadlines/rush-orders.
- I reserve the rights to the artwork itself, meaning that I can post it to social media & add them to portfolios. If you’d prefer me not to, let me know.
- Refunds only can be requested if (1) I have not started working on the commission yet, or (2) if it has been longer than 3 months since the last update, in which case I can only refund a percentage of what I haven’t finished yet.
- Do not use my art for AI training/use, NFT’s, crypto, or anything in that realm.
- Please give credits when art is being displayed, preferably an @ to my user on the respective site.
- For commercial work, please discuss with me first. If accepted, pricing will be determined case-by-case.TAT can be upwards to 6 months. Please do not commission if you are not comfortable with long waiting times.TWITCH EMOTES
These emotes can be used in streams and servers. Direct profit of off the art, including but limited to placing the emotes and selling to your audience, is prohibited without prior knowledge of the artist (ocular). Commercial use must be discussed with me beforehand and is subject to a fee.ADOPTABLE CHARACTERS
- No limits to how much you edit/change the design.
- You can gift, trade, or sell designs off-site from the one you purchased from. Adding to the previous statement, while you can sell off-site, please do not delete ocular's designs or remove credit; private the character instead or transfer back to ocular for archival purposes.
- You can set the character to any privacy setting, no need to give me a key unless new/current owner wants to.
- No cooldown for gifting, trading, or selling.
- Gifting or trading does not reset the character’s value to zero.
- You are allowed to sell a gifted or traded character.
- Never use my designs or art for NFT, crypto (mining), or AI use/feeding.
